Here's your chance to spend some uninterrupted time together participating in toddler-friendly activities that support growth and development.
This class will introduce students to the basics of Python programming. It is meant for beginners and no prior coding experience is necessary. The class will be self-paced and students will learn by exploring various coding exercises. Students will learn by creating graphics and basic animation using software developed by Carnegie Mellon at the following website: https://academy.cs.cmu.edu/. This curriculum was developed for junior and high school students but will be adapted to adult learners. By the end of the class, students will have a basic understanding of coding principles as well as the syntax used in Python. A laptop is required for this class.
