Join fellow theater enthusiasts for Improv! You don't have to be funny, you don't have to be quick or clever. Students take the size risk they want to in the moment while working on getting out of their heads. You don't have to be theatrical, just say yes to what's in front of you, and truly interesting things can happen. Each session will consist of warm-ups, an introduction, exercises, and games.

In order to ensure that our high-quality enrichment classes are accessible to all families, Minneapolis Community Education offers fees on a sliding scale. Families are asked to pick the class fee or a price that they are able to pay. When families participate as they are able, at all levels of our sliding scale, the whole program becomes self-sustaining and our afterschool programs can be financially sustainable and more equitable. The different prices reflect the average cost of offering a class as well as higher and discounted options.
