Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based school-age care for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 6th grade during the school year (entering K-7 during the summer).
Classes for Summer Youth Programs will be visible and open for registration February 25 at 5pm.

Come join your friends in this fantastic theater class! Our teachers are highly trained actors, percussionists, guitarists, pianists, singers and dancers that joined forces to create a program that enhances students’ confidence and allows them to embrace their love for the arts. Reading skills are used during class participation so we ask students are in at least 2nd grade.
We work on our dance, singing and acting technique through a series of different exercises and games. There will be a short performance on the last class. Reminders will be sent out closer to the date.

This class starts on February 3rd and ends on May 12th. This may differ from other fee-based classes.
Note: Community Education uses a sliding scale model for program fees so our afterschool programs can be financially sustainable and more equitable. Families are asked to pick the price that they are able to pay. The cost of the class is listed first.By more clearly articulating our lower cost options, we have removed the barrier that some may have felt in making scholarship requests. When families participate at the higher price levels, they help make the program more sustainable.
