Navigating Challenging Conversations (Ella Baker)

Adult Enrichment / Health, Wellness & Safety -
Adult Enrichment Spring 2026

This class equips participants with practical skills to navigate challenging conversations in personal and professional settings. We will learn to unpack the complexities of truth and why individuals hold firmly to their beliefs. The goal is to develop peace-oriented strategies for active listening and, when needed, to respectfully disengage from conversations. We will also explore the profound impact of compassion, respect, and letting go of resentment to promote healing and connection.
