After School Youth Classes / Washburn / Washburn Youth Classes & Clubs -
After School Youth Enrichment Fall 2025

Designed for all Washburn athletes, this focuses on sport specific performance training to support your athletic development. Athletes will have the opportunity to improve strength, speed, and power through structured resistance training, as well as speed and agility drills. Training sessions will be led by Washburn’s Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Fall Training Schedule:
Monday - Thursday mornings
6:30am - 8:00am (weight room opens at 6:30am)

This is a great opportunity to commit to your performance goals and train alongside other dedicated student athletes.
