Minneapolis Kids provides year-round, fee-based, school-age childcare for families with youth enrolled in High Five/Minneapolis Kids Jr through 5th grade during the school year (entering grades K-7 during the summer).
Teen Parent Services is dedicated to keeping teen parents on the track to graduation by providing them with parenting education and supports while providing high-quality early childhood education services to their children.

Find the meditative power of hand sewing, learn history of the craft and lessen your consumption by repairing your own clothes! Participants will walk away with a small mending kit, needles, string, and a reference guide for future mending endeavors.
Skills learned: five basic stitching and patching methods to repair your woven garments. In partnership with Curiosity Studio.
Accessibility: Previous sewing skills not required. Fine motor skills used in class.

Curiosity Studio is a community art studio in the Longfellow Neighborhood of Minneapolis. Our mission is to help people get to know themselves and others through art making. We believe being messy, playful and experimenting develops richer art practices and lives. Since 2019, we have offered art classes and creative experiences in the Twin Cities to support that mission.
