60-minute structured practice up to five times weekly. Certified, experienced coaches will work with swimmers to develop stroke technique, endurance, and speed in a varied training team setting. Coaches work with a broad range of backgrounds, interests, ability levels, and speeds to provide daily practices that offer a mental and physical challenge. Participants are NOT REQUIRED to compete, but practices may often be centered around preparation for racing in swim meets, open water, and triathlons.
Requirements: Participants must be able to repeatedly swim 200 yards (8 pool lengths) freestyle (with rotary breathing) without stopping. Ability to swim at least 2 of 4 strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly).

Sliding Scale fee:
This program is set up with a sliding scale fee which helps us improve accessibility for families, while responsibly working toward financial sustainability. Class fees have a range of four fees presented in which families can choose the fee that best fits their budget.
