Elaine Eschenbacher is a yoga teacher, writer, facilitator, and coach who has practiced yoga for more than two decades, and completed her 230-hour yoga teacher training at The Yoga Center Retreat in 2025. Teaching yoga flows seamlessly from a 26-year career of guiding others in growth and transformation.
Elaine sees yoga as a path for easing chronic pain, slowing down, clearing clutter, and connecting with inner wisdom. Her teaching invites students to be grounded and balanced, while opening space for imagination and creativity to spark. On and off the mat, she guides people to live with clarity, presence, and creative energy.
